We arrived at Armando's at 6:20pm on a Saturday night. They don't accept reservations, but we the wait wasn't too bad (even though they were packed!). Our drinks came right out and our appetizer order was taken (a simple hot antipasta to share) about ten minutes later. After waiting about twenty minutes we asked to see our waitress who finally took our dinner order. Our appetizer came out around 7:15pm and at 8:15pm we gave up on our dinner (and our waitress who was no where to be found)! When the waitress came out and we complained about the wait, she said "Oh well, it's not my fault!" Then said the owner would buy a round of drinks for us. We said no way and just took the check. On the way out, my sister in law told the owner that we were disatissfied, and he turned his back on us and walked away. His wife went on to tell us that they'd been open for five months and never had a complaint. We ended up at Bertucci's, were seated quickly, the service was great and the food hot and satisfying.

It used to be a great place to go and meet friends when Henry was the bartender. But new management took over (Michael) not France and let Henry go. Down hill from then on. Why change something when everything was right.
