THE STEAK THAT WE RECIEVED HAD TO BE SENT BACK BECAUSE IT WAS NOT COOKED THOROUGHLY ENOUGH. THE BURGER THAT I ORDERED WAS A LITTLE OVERCOOKED. THE BUFFALO WINGS THAT WE ORDERED WERE SUPPOSE TO BE MILD BUT WE RECIEVED HOT. I HONESTLY DONT THINK THAT IT WAS OUR SERVERS FAULT. SHE WAS THE ONLY REASON I STAYED AND PAYED FOR THE MEAL. IF IT WAS NOT FOR HER YOU WOULD BE RECIEVING A ONE STAR RATING FROM ME AND NOT A THREE STAR. THE POTATOES WERE AMAZING. I GUESS THEY SHOULD BE. ITS KINDA HARD TO MESS UP POTATOES. GARLIC MASHED.... EATIN GOOD IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD. I GUESS AFTER THE STEAK WAS SENT BACK IT WAS AMAZING AS WELL. I HAD A COUPLE BITES OF MY GIRLFRIENDS STEAK AND IT WAS ONE OF THE BEST STEAKS I HAVE EVER HAD. MAYBE YOU SHOULD HIRE A COOK THAT CAN ACTUALLY GET THE JOB DONE THE FIRST TIME. I READ THE MOST RECENT REVIEW FROM YOU GUYS AND THEY SAID THE SAME THING ABOUT THE FOOD NOT BEING COOKED RIGHT. I UNDERSTAND THIS IS KIND A MIXED REVIEW BUT OVERALL OUR VISIT WAS DECENT BUT ALOT OF LITTLE THINGS WERE DONE WRONG. LUCKILLY YOU HAVE AT LEAST ONE GOOD SERVER THAT CAN MAKE UP FOR EVERYTHING ELSE.

I don't understand how you can serve food which half the meal is burned and the other half is raw. The onion rings crumbled apart and the steak was pink on the outside. The mashed potatoes were still cold on the inside? The wait staff didn't come to check on drinks after food was delivered. When asking for a drink, the staff never brought it. Service and food is now horrible for a resaurant which used to be the safe fall back.

Each of the last 4 times I have been there the service has gone down hill. Their management team does a seemingly awful job with their staff. How does burnt food come out cold? Their worst trait is the undercooked chicken.
