Diner reviews of Antonio's
A diner from Parma Heights, OH
Apr 10, 2007
I love Antonio's but this specific location had TERRIBLE service. I was told that it would be delivered in 45 minutes, or i could pick it up in 20-25 minutes. I went to pick it up and they said it wasn't ready, I went up multiple times and finally 40 minutes later I asked for a refund. At that time a male came and looked at all the pizza's that were waiting on the counter, mine happened to be one that was sitting there the ENTIRE time I was there. They offered to give it to me half price, the only reason I agreed is because I had a starving 2 year old at home. On top the girls were talking on the phone, and VERY rude to everyone who walked in. The employees were even complaining to and at each other. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.

Good food. Terrible parking! Get there before noon or after 1 pm. Very cramped restaurant but if you don't mind sitting on top of the people at the next table, the food is good. There are a few booths if you're lucky

The french fries are great. They made them fresh and they had a great taste. I also got a Polish Boy. The hot dog on it was huge and it came with coleslaw, fries, and sauce all in one bun. It tasted great and for only $3
