We are residents of EH and have tried visiting the restaurant at least 10 times. Have been seated about 5 times, once by a hostess after too long of a wait and the other 4 times we went to the bar to avoid standing around waiting for no reason. Five times we waited and waited with hardly anyone there and hostess(es) too busy chatting with other employees (we prefer not to dine during peak hours) so we decided to leave and go elsewhere. The 4 times we did stay, the food was diner quality at best (over boiled mushy veggies lukewarm food with thick starchy sauces and over cooked meat and SLOW service that was the pits. Three people at the bar, us and a single gentleman. Bartender walked by us 4 times with empty plates and empty drink glass before deciding to ask if I was ready for another. Actually I was ready for more and was going to try the "Clams Casino" as well but the wait pushed me beyond that. Bartender missed out on an additional $5 added to the tip for seconds of effort. The only reason we stopped there was "The Governor's" was too crowded and we had a 2 yr old gift certificate to use so we decided to give them Angelico's Lakehouse another shot... but they struck out again. We don't even want to go there when someone else is paying! Heard tell the Tikki Bar is fun in the summer for apps and outdoor drinks. We MAY try that this coming summer. Just a little bit more attention and common sense could have turned our experiences into HITS instead of a MISSES__Farrell's, Governor's, Campagna & Winchester's here we come for good food and old fashioned good service!! Did the Sunset crusie / boat ride on lake twice Joe the tour boat guide and driver was just great with information. The second time at the 5:30 time slot the boat was full with 15 people. When we finished we gave Joe a cheer. The dinner was just as good, note this Sunset cruise runs until end of October what a great way to see a different side of a Lake
What a pleasant surprise - tucked in the corner of a small shopping plaza in East Hampton - would recommend this delightful establishment to anyone! The food was awesome and you can't beat the prices! I'll definitely be going back!
Passing through this little town I stopped and asked a Lady for a good place to grab a bite to eat. She told me about Daltons which was right up the road. her and her husband went there every friday she said. I checked it out and was quite pleased. T
