I visited the franklinton andy's today. The fries looked like they had been warmed over in the deep fryer. requested fresh fries and received the same thing. It also looked like they have not changed the oil in the deep fryer. The Hamburger was not completely done. I have visited an andy's restaurant on the average of 3 times per week and this is the only restaurant I have had trouble with. The waitress Johanna, was nice but in a sarcastic way.

I WENT IN MONDAY DECEMBER 10TH AROUND 1:30pm. I HAD TO WAIT ON MY FOOD 15 MINUTES AFTER MY FOOD WAS UP. OTHERS WERE WAITED ON AND THEN HAD THEIR ORDER FINISHED BEFORE I WAS TOLD THAT THE BAG SITTING ON THE COUNTER WAS MY FOOD. I ASKED ABOUT HOW THE ORANGEADE WAS SUPPOSED TO LOOK. THE GIRL TOLD ME THAT IT WAS WINTER ORANGES. THIS I HAD NEVER HEARD OF BEFORE.I GOT MY FOOD AND GOT IN THE CAR AND STARTED ON MY WAY. I TASTED THE ORANGEADE AND IT TASTED ALMOST LIKE LEMONADE WITH A HINT OF ORANGE. THE FRIES HAD SAT THERE AND GOT COLD. I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH THE AMOUNT OF MONEY THAT I HAD TO PAY FOR MY FOOD NOT TO BE WORTH EATING. I WILL BE CALLING THE MANAGER!
