Plain down-home country cooking. Most dishes vaguely Mexican-like. Southern-style very sweet iced tea.
Lots, and I mean lots of gravy, on stuff I never imagined gravy to go on. Plenty of grub on the plate. But not for the finicky or faint of heart.
