Hair in food. Waitress replied, these things happen. Stated no mgr on duty. No apology. She thought it was funny. She said if we weren't happy than we should call the police!! What?? Are you kidding me.
Tip for ali baba- have a mgr on hand. Have your kitchen staff wear hair nets, and train your rude staff on the concept of customer service.

Terribly slow service. After waiting 45 minutes for our food, the waitress tells us that our order was mixed up and was gonna be a little longer. The food was mediocre at best and not worth the wait. We wont be dining here again!
