Hair in food. Waitress replied, these things happen. Stated no mgr on duty. No apology. She thought it was funny. She said if we weren't happy than we should call the police!! What?? Are you kidding me.
Tip for ali baba- have a mgr on hand. Have your kitchen staff wear hair nets, and train your rude staff on the concept of customer service.

Terribly slow service. After waiting 45 minutes for our food, the waitress tells us that our order was mixed up and was gonna be a little longer. The food was mediocre at best and not worth the wait. We wont be dining here again!

The best local Mexican food available. Many recipes are from the heart of Mexico so do not expect only "Tex-Mex" As good as anythng I have eaten in Mexico City!

We ate at Joe Root's Grill during our recent weekend stay in Erie, and were very impressed. I am perplexed as to some of the horrible reviews this place is getting. It almost as if they ate at a different place. Prices

GREAT ITALIAN ATMOSPHERE AND FOOD. bEST rIGATONI AND MEATBALLS i HAVE HAD ANYWHERE. sERVICE WAS AS GOOD AS THE FOOD, DEFINETLY EAT THERE SEVERAL TIMES A MONTH.

Went back for the first time in a couple years and found it to have improved in that time. I think with the Golden Corral now in town, they had to step up some. The food selection was better, and the overall cleanlines

The Colony has an excellent selection on its menu. There are also daily specials which offer a great value. My wife and I have eaten there numerous times and have not had a bad meal.
