On December 31st we decided to order pizza and have to deleveried - we were told it would take around 45 minutes,which for the time frame was expected - actual time was 1 hour - we paid using debit card.total cost should have been 43.36. Problem arouse when we got our back statement - Total charge against our account 50.36. When the manager (Diane) was approched as to why the additional 7.00 was added without authorization , we were told that it was an error andit would be taken care of. As of 1/14/13 there still is not "taken care of.
To add an additonal cost to the order, then to not take action to correct a "error" is unacceptable - It may be just $7 but I wonder how many more addtional people get over charged. I for one will no longer use this place again.
Warning - watch your receipts.

My son was in a soccer tournament at Strawberry Fields and we stopped in between games to have dinner on Saturday August 4, 2012 around 6:30 PM. We found the store clean and the staff friendly. Food arrived in a timely manner. Over all experience was superior. The staff working that night gets Kudos from me. If I'm ever in the area again and hungry Alfy's on 173rd is where I will go

The service was fast, friendly and very accomodating. The jury is still out on the pizza we ordered, peanuts and cheese... a very unfamiliar taste combo, but everything else was great.

This restaurant may be a bit spendy but it is well worth it. if you go, try the chicken dinner and the fountain special, both are delicious!
