I was in your store around 7 PM. on 6/12/09. I hhad heard good things about your subs so I ordered a steak sub with cheese and mushrooms and an order of french fries to go. I live about 10 miles away. I When I got home and tried the sub there was no cheese or mushrooms on it. I called back to the store and told them ----apparently the cook insisited that he had made it right but if he put them on it I couldn't find them. The girl then said "well bring it back if you want to"I tried to handle this all tactfully.I just said that lived too far away. and had just wanted to her them about the error in the order. She replied"Well what do you want be to do about it". I said "nothing--Thank you " and hung up. Is this the way your counter help is taught to handle problems? I would like a response of some kind. Thank you for listening to me.
