A diner from Agawam, MA
Dec 23, 2009
Pizza quality is spotty, sometimes outstanding and sometimes horrible and dry and ill-prepared.
Service is typically not great, but sometimes it's unbelievably bad. The elderly woman who works in the kitchen turned out the lights on us as we finished our drinks in the bar after dinner because she thought it was "late." I don't think 9:15 pm is "late," and even so, such behavior was horrifying, and uncalled for. We have never been treated so badly at a restaurant anywhere ever.
If they're doing such things blatantly to patrons, imagine the lack of quality and cleanliness behind the scenes...they have no respect for the customers and we learned the reason for the establishments perpetual emptiness the hard way.
Stay away from this place.
