Try the Tommy FlatBoy. My family goes to the Cookhouse and most of us almost always get this delightful sandwich. A bit noisy, but the food is worth it.

Joe does an excellent job preparing food and presenting the meal. One of my FAVORITE places to eat in New Milford. Great guy, great food, great restaurant!!!
