B&E Filling Station Restaurant is owned and operated by Trevor and Shrese Rudd, graduates of Texas Tech University in Restaurant and Hotel Management. Trevor, a graduate of the California Culinary Academy, is chef at B&E, and Shrese manages the dining room.
