We've gone here for several years, drive 45 miles one way! The only place around that has a romantic atmosphere, with no screaming kids!! : ) Also has a larger bright room for dinner parties. Wonderful food, nice sized portions with a little loaf of homemade bread with meals. Most waiters are college kids who the owner has trained very well to serve. On "Greek Night" the owner plays his guitar. This is a place to take time to enjoy eating and talking, not rush in then rush out! The restaurant is under some remodeling right now.

I really wanted to love this place - and used to go all the time, as it is one of the few restaurants in a small town. The wine selection was not bad and the food, the same. (Although, there is room for improvement. In a rural town you could highlight local items and keep things fresh. Food tend to be a little heavy. Regardless, the Greek items were always nice. Unfortunately, the last (and final) time I went, the service was horrible to the point of offending. Customers should never be patronized. Avoid this place if you can. I don't wish my experience on anyone. Try a local spot that is happy to host you. In this economic time, you deserve it.
