Was the worst service I have ever had and can not get the condiments needed. It's pretty sad when you have to go to your car to get sugar for coffee as per waitress they are not allowed to give any out. Will not be back in restaurant for any thing from now on in jacksboro. Can not get food service because people are playing on phones, or just standing around. Lousy. Also, I have never paid 2.30 for a sausage biscuit. Since when does mcdonalds not have sugar for coffee? I am on road most 6 days a week and always eat at one of the mcdonalds and have never had this problem, me or my family will never enter this store again.Waitress stated it was policy no sugar for coffee!?
