At coyles on a Saturday night bartender seemed more interested in her friends than the other customers

My girlfriends and I go there every 6-8 weeks. We love it. The atmosphere is great and we haven't had bad experiences with the food. Once someone received a rasberry daquiri instead of a strawberry one - but that's been the extent of the discontent! Service has been stellar each time and that says a lot from 6-8 30-something year olds!

I actually really love Coyle's. I go all the time and I happen to think the food is great, as well as the service. I have nothing bad to say about the establishment. They have live entertainment every so often and the patio is great. You guys must have gone on an off night.

I drove over 20 miles to have their corned beef and cabbage "special" dinner. The potatoes were extremely under cooked and the corned beef was disgusting. It tasted like it had been cooked in a microwave! I pushed it aside and the waitress asked what was wrong and I said it tasted horrible and was not cooked properly. She apologized and asked if I wanted something else and I replied no. Then the waitress proceed to tell me her boss told her she still had to charge me for the dinner even though I did not eat it. What kind of customer service is that? It's called poor ownership and I will never set foot in there again!

i called your restaurant last night and made a reservation for 7 adults..we arrived and i told the bartender (Kateland) that we go out every 1st wed of the month to a new restaurant and sometimes there are 12 of us. the table was reserved for us and kateland was the bartender and waitress and she did a fantastic job. however when the order was placed and the food was brought to us it took over an hour. in the meantime the rolls that were brought to us were cold and somewhat stale..the food arrived luke warm and mine was way over done and i sent it back and it was the special for wed nite fishermans platter. needless to say the food was horrible and i have been to your restaurant several times for my son Russ who lives in dracut goes to your restaurant a lot. i understand that during the mid week business tends to be slow (that is why we go out on the 1st wed of the month and you had just kateland doing the bartending and waitressing so having only one person did not bother me. one of the reasons we go out is if the experience is good there is a good chance one or more of the guys will come back with their wives etc. and needless to say none of the guys last night will ever go back. we have been doing this since last summer and your rest was the worst exp we have had.
