The best Italian food in all of Tucson. Carusos has been in Tucson for decades, and there's an obvious reason why...great food!!! Must haves: Italian salad, lasagna or the linguini alfredo, and spumoni for dessert. Sit outside on the patio if the weather is nice, especially at night time. You'll love this place!
I have been going to Carusos since I was a little girl. It's a small resturant on Fourth Ave. The family who owns this little jewel really knows there pasta. They also know how to make a person feel like one of them.
