Xai (pronounced Chai), occasionally (shy) means TEA. It is a word that figures prominently in hundreds of cultures and is a tradition that will carry on for many years to come.

The most common spelling is "Chai," but the word is occasionally also spelled "shai." The usual modern pronunciation of this word in terms of IPA symbols is xai.

 Patina was not even close to the experiences I got to appreciate in New York City. It's not bad but cannot even get close to Lutece, Jean George or others in this class. It's rather bland. The wine list however is great.
