I will NEVER visit this place again. When we got there, the two hostesses had a dispute about rather or not they were going to seat my husband and I first, when there was a booth available, or wait until they could sit the party of 10. The salads were okay. No plates were served with the pre-dinner rolls. I ordered the filet and my husband ordered a strip with a sweet potato. When the food came, my filet looked and tasted exactly like it just came out of a package and thown on the grill. My husband's plate was even worse when it arrived to us. His strip did not seem to be a strip at all. It was MOSTLY fat and half of it was burned. It was very thin and seemed to be a very bad cut. He could only even cut a few pieces of actual good meat off of it. His "sweet potato" was literally 3-4 bites of a potato with a glob of butter on it. We should have sent the entire thing back as soon as we got it,but we don't like to complain and we were trying not to make the waitress feel bad. THIS WAS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE AND WE WILL NEVER, NEVER VIST WAGONMASTER AGAIN. My husband is military...and we all understand this is a small town with hardly any dinner options, but when we are charged $60 for a meal, we expect a lot more that this! Wagonmaster should not even be allowed to call themselves a steakhouse. They should be very embarrassed.

I enjoyed eating at this restaurant The food was great, and our waitress, Ann, was fantastic! She took care of us. I recommend this restaurant highly, and when you go in, ask for Ann.

This place was horible, I will never go back. For one, the wait staff was constantly using bad language around my children, as well as the kitchen. That did not start my evening off well. Our waitress was horrible, she was constantly complaining. None of our food came out in the right sequence, it was right but, salads, app, and the adults food, then our kids food. I asked to speak to the manager, she offered no help what so ever she didnt even act like she knew what she was talking about, she wanted to give us a discount finally and I told her forget it! This place has good food, yes, but as far as service and managment, no!!!! If I was the owner I would find me some new people. I would rather eat at home every night than put my wife and children through that again.
