The restaurant has been in the Schwartz family for five decades. It is now owned and operated by Mary Schwartz-Crittendon.
Our fresh crusts and sauces are Homemade. The recipe for Spaghetti Sauce came from Tom's mother, Mary Marckesano Schwartz, who learned from her mother, Magadaline Marckesano, who brought it to this country from her native Italy.
The PaPa's Pub Beer Garden opens in May and stays open as long as the weather permits. There you can find live entertainment and music including Karaoke and a DJ. You can even catch the game on television! The restaurant offers live music on Saturday nights.
