What a charming setting! A 200 year old farm house, in a tidy little settlement high above the St Lawrence River, ten minute's drive from the Manoir Richelieu. Up the steps to a wide porch, and in the front door to a cozy entry hall and parlor. Through the bar area with its crackling fire and into the casually elegant, comfortably decorated dining room in which we embarked on a memorable tour of the culinary arts in Quebec.
