First time visitor. Great food and large portions at very reasonable prices. The BBQ sandwich is huge, and the banana pudding is the best anywhere. Very friendly service. I'll be back next time I'm in Monroe.

Spare Ribs: they were tasteful and tender....they came with a lot of sauce on them, a debateable way of serving them.. next time I would order them dry..nice smoke taste to them

The pulled pork is actually chopped pork, there was no smoke flavor, no flavor at all and the pork was dry. The pie was not as good as Shoney's. The best thing were to hush puppies.
A great place for family dining. Food and service are above average.
