After hearing about Timbuktu's crabcakes for more than two years, I knew I had to experience them for myself and needless to say, they more than exceeded my expectations, both times. The food is excellent and at very reasonable prices. The waiters/waitresses demonstrate great customer service as well. I was, however, thrown off by the look and feel of the place. The old website gave me the impression that it would be a classy restaurant, suggesting that customers make reservations and even stating a dress code. We quickly found out that we could have worn sweats and sneakers and fit right in, that was disappointing. It just seems the name "Old Anchor Inn" would be more suitable, then you wouldn't have such high expectations. I gue...
