I am a regular customer at the HOY TIN....The Owners Ben and His Dad, and waitstaff are very friendly and the food is the Best Chinese Food i have ever had....And believe me i have been too many chinese resturants in my lifetime! They have lottery and a lounge if that is an intrest of yours and the saying their is ALWAYS WIN AT HOY TIN !! Can't be said any better than that! So stop by and Win at the HOY TIN !!
