It's been awhile since I've been because of the name change. When the name changed from Catfish Hollow to just The Hollow I thought that maybe there were new owners or that maybe they changed the menu. To my delight nothing has changed. In fact, it's better. My tables dining experience this past Saturday night included catfish, shrimp, stuffed grouper, and to top it all off, snow crablegs. Everything was great. I've never seen crablegs cooked any better than the way The Hollow served them. My son's stuffed grouper disapeared from his plate so fast that I thought he lost it. The catfish was as good as I've ever had it. Thet were good size and cooked perfect. Take my word for, I will be going back and I recommend that you ...
