With new ownership this place has dropped off the radar...thank God for that!!
The food was at best poor, the portions skimpy (1/2 lb hand patted burger was obviously less than 5 oz) when asking the waitress about it she avoided the issue...not even a garnish on a bare white plate. Better flatware can be purchased at WalMart for 25 cents.
I would suggest to all to avoid this place at all costs..it's really too bad because it had great food and a good following. It's a beautiful building that would be better served as funeral home for the near by cemetery. we know the owner knew there was a problem at our table but instead of approaching us he sarcastically told us to have a "good day" and to please return.
They will never make it in this resort area where owners care about their clients because they know the locals are what they must survive on for business 8 months out of a year.
