New Chinese restaurant that offers push cart Dim Sum. Just opened about 6 months ago and is a great addition to the South Florida area for Dim Sum restaurants.

Pine Court Chinese Bistro is not some Asian fusion restaurant as the name suggests with Bistro in it. I was amazed when I walked inside that it looked like I was transported to Hong Kong with mostly Chinese people eating and the decor typifies an upscale Dim Sum restaurant in Hong Kong. The food hit the authentic Dim Sum house mark right on. I have dined in much of the best Dim Sum places across America and also in Hong Kong so I believe I'm qualified to say Pine Court is the best in South Florida. I challenge anyone to find another place that's better because I would like to know also. However I think you would have to waste lots of your hard earned dollars to no avail. Save your money and enjoy the best dim sum that South Florida has to offer here at Pine Court!
