This is the worst Vietnamese restaurant I have ever been to. All the food taste too sweet, and the meat smell tainted. And worst of all is the service. The food stinks, that's your problem and you have to pay for all dishes you order, without any excuse from the owner nor the chef. My friends and I complained about the food, and the answer from the owner was: "There is some problem with your taste". Never go for this one is my advice.
