I have been to this restaurant on numerous occasions since 1979. We have had no problems whatsoever. The food is absolutely delicious! This isn't a restaurant like Red Lobster. This is just a local seafood shop that is offering eat in dining. Really isn't much need for service as all you do is order, sit down and wait for your order to be brought to you. Very, very casual dining. Just LOVE this place and ALWAYS look forward to eating there and making a point to stop when visiting Florida.

Customer service staff ruined my trip to New Smyrna Beach. Why does the owner place a rude, unfriendly, nasty woman who can't smile to greet customers and take orders? Please remove this woman to save your business.

While the food was great and the value awesome, the service RUINS the experience. After giving this place many tries because of the food we finally have decided to stop coming because of how unfriendly the staff is. The owner really needs to know about this. Or, maybe folks in this town like being treated like dog turds...
