Maybe it's his own fault the bartenders didn't like him;) As for prices... decent for LA, that's for damn sure. If he paid $9 for a vodka drink... must have been premium. "Well" drinks are ALWAYS $7.50 (I'm always on a budget, so I would know) And too WEAK?... usually I have to ask for an extra splash of soda after my first few sips. Maybe I just know how to be polite. ALL beer $5 Sunday- Wednesday, and three dart boards which you can play for free! Small but great Pub Grub menu... and live music every night in a separate room, that way you can enjoy both just drinking and watching the game on one of their four tv's, or saunter over to the music room to enjoy the bands! Is now, and will ALWAYS be one of my favorite spots!

This place is not Irish!
The service sucks, bartender was rude, he was speaking Spanish to the other bartender, laughing at my order.
It took forever to get a drink. I paid $9 for a vodka drink and it was so weak.
This place sucks! Tom Bergins is friendly, the atmosphere is nicer and bartenders know how to treat a guest.
