I have had the absolute Best Ever service here as well as the absolute worst. On my last visit, I had to ask for the complimentary bread after I watched a couple who had arrived after I had, being served this delicacy. Nor am I accustomed to being asked by a waiter with a wad of cash (and clearly possessing issues) "how much change do you want back?" and being told how much tip to leave! I walked away from the meal feeling truly sorry for someone whose concept of customer service is so void of any real meaning.
