a diner from Greece NY
Decided to take out family and friends for my wife's birthday (8 adults).
Instead nof going to the new Lone Star steakhouse in greece, ny, we went tothe one in henrietta ny.
The wiat to be seated was in excess of 30 minutes, and then when we did get seated, the wait for a waiter/waitress was another 10 minutes.
The drink orders were made and when they were delivered, they were wrong. My wife received a glass of red wine when she really ordered a glass of riesling, and mine and my nephews bloody mary's tasted funny. Another 15 minutes for our appetizers and salads. The dressing on my sisterin laws salad was wrong, and the greens were wilted and did not look very appetizing.Another 30 minutes to recieve our entrees. I asked for my steak medium, and it was delivered to me well done,had to wait another 10 minutes for my entree while everyone else ate.Everyone was in agreement that the food was fair, the service was below avarge and the dining experience was poor.
