Lindey's Prime Steak House was established in March of 1958 by Lewis “Lindey� Lindemer and his wife Margie.Lindey's is still serving steaks 50 years later. Now the restaurant is being run by his sons. Lindey's sons personally supervise the buying, aging and cutting of each steak served, in order to maintain top quality at all times and our menu items are prepared with the exact recipes created by Lindey himself, 50 years ago.
