To put this simply, this place is nothing but a joke! While ordering my food, one could tell this establishment was POORLY ran; they only had one young man working the front. I thought this to be odd considering that just about any other FAST-food establishment has at least 2-3 people scheduled to work. Not to mention it was a Sunday, so one would assume that would be a busy day for business so why only the one? To make matters worse I had to wait not only on ordering but receiving my food because of the line that was building up do to the lack of employees. There's not much one employee can do when they're constantly taking orders, filling the buffet, packing, and trying to clean a lobby all by their lonesome. The manager seemed to be a joke of herself, not leaving what appeared to be the office except to order around one of the employees when she clearly could've been needed elsewhere. Seems like it would be a bad work environment considering the lack of team work. The biscuits were doughy and the livers which I had drove over 30mins to get were salty. Fly's were everywhere!

It was disgusting my flip flops stuck to the floor the chicken was fatty and my KFC bowl was mash potatoes off the buffet which were not fresh there was food on the floor and the drinks were really watery the buffet also had flies and didn't look appetizing

This Martinsvilles version of Kfc is a vast improvement over the Bloomington version. We went here late, only a half an hour before closing, and never felt rushed to order or eat. The food was hot and delicious and the orders were correct. Only big compliant is the seats -- too hard and in shorts you might stick to them in summer (ouch!). Has a small buffet so is fairly large for a Kfc.

Don't do the drive through, consistantly mess up the order or overcharge, once I confronted them about the overcharging & wrong order, he said "yeah I overcharged but it is only about 45 cents & there is nothing I can do
