Mediocre Tex-Mex (it's nowhere near authentic Mexican), last two times my food was cold, waitress was never anywhere to be found. Decent margaritas though. I'm glad a Garcia's opened up in Liverpool, I'll be going there for my Mexican fix from now on.

I have absolutly loved the food while at Juanita's! It is always hot, and tasty.
The service can be a little slow at times, but I have only been there when the resturant is full. I would recomend it to a friend.

I went with my family. We were seated quickly but then we waited about 15 minutes for someone to come over. The restaurant wasn't full. Once we were finally waited on the server only took our drink order. To keep this short I'll just say we spent quite a bit of time waiting. We received our food and it was not good at all. I've eaten at mexican restaurants around the country and this was by far the worst. The lettuce was coated with oil and vinegar. The melted cheese tasted burnt but wasn't even warm. We paid for everything and left without eating. I'll never go back.

Very dirty, very bad service, and my whole family got food poisoning to top it off. Avoid at all costs, I'd rather eat at taco bell or better yet out of a trash can.

Been going to Juanita's for 20 years. Never ever had a bad meal or bad service. This place is the real deal for authentic Mexican Food.
Very afforadable and family friendly.

Every time I have been to this restaurant the service has been TERRIBLE. I think the food is okay if you are in the mood for it but I will never go back there because of how the service is and it is not the cleanest of places. The three different times I have aten there I have had to wait 15 minutes before anyone came over to the table, when she did it took another 5-10 mins for the drinks, we had 5 people with us all together and she brings over one small order of nachos...they were gone in 2 minutes flat. I had to flag her down to ask for more and she NEVER brought them back over to us! She never checked on our table at all! She brought the food that was it, and all of our rice was hard. No lie I almost chipped a tooth because of it. The other two times I went there was the same. Shitty service and hard rice. I will NEVER go back there...I will go to Jalapenos...I is WAY WAY better!!!!and cleaner!!

This restaurant is excellent.. the food it authentic.. no Tex Mex here.. it is a great place to unwind and relax.. waiters and waitresses are very sweet and friendly.... my favorite is the shredded beef chimi.. nacho's and poppers are a must. I have been going to the place since it has opened and they have never failed me... In fact .. on my way there tonight with some friends.. can't wait. mmmmmmmmmmm!!!

If you are looking for a swank dining establishment this restaurant is not for you. It is a locally-famous hole in the wall with the best Mexican you can find in Central NY (other is Casa Too-Mucha in New Hartford (Utica). Be prepared for a long wait to get a table. You can sip a Corona while you wait. The food is worth it.

It is an authentic family oriented and family run restaurant. The food was great. And the place is decorated as though you stepped right into mexico. I had an overall great experience there !!!
