Recently, my wife and I came for dinner to celebrate a special occasion, and we were disappointed for several reasons. (1)Our server was attentive, but extremely loud. I am a senior citizen but have perfect hearing and my ears were in pain.(2) Before, my favorite has been the salmon, but it has changed. The chutney salsa was not complimentary to the salmon and the portion was much smaller than before (3) the desert was mediocre at best and the chocolate cake/mousse was dry (4) Many of the other customers were extremely noisy and did not seem to consider others around them(5) it appears that the servers, portions, and overall service have changed from the past. Good friends who often dined there in the past said to us that in their opinion that "Jacksons is not nearly as good as they think they are." Sadly, we agree.
