Smokin' Lil's is Southern Style BBQ. Seasoned with our special "dry rub" and then our pork, beef, chicken, turkey, sausages & ribs are specially prepared in our smoker with select hardwoods like apple, cherry, hickory and oak to create our signature smoked flavor. This slow cooking process at low tempetures (16 hours for pork shoulders & briskets, 6 hours for ribs & chicken) makes the meat tender and tasty and gives it a reddish color known as the "smoke line". Our meats are then hand cut to order and lightly covered in our signature Smokin Lil's sauce.

All of our menu items are made on the premises from scratch while our breads are baked to exact specifications by our local bakery and delivered fresh daily.Those who try "Smokin Lil's BBQ continue to say it is the best around!
