Chanhassen Restaurant Guide

My companion and I were refused service at 5 minutes to 8 on a Friday night, after standing in the lobby for the previous 5 minutes watching the wait staff peek around the corner from the back. A waitress then approached us and rudely informed us that her manager said she did not have to serve us. It was absolutely appalling.

My family dined at Frankie's Pizza & Ribs in Chanhassen. My daughter enjoyed the Chicken Fettucinni Alfredo. It was a generous portion of fettucinni topped with diced, seasoned grilled chicken. My spouse tried the combination meat and cheese ravioli with alfredo sauce and found it very tasty. I enjoyed the rigatoni supreme topped with homemade meat sauce, extra pepperoni, mushrooms, and cheese and baked to perfection. Excellent and a very generous portion. I took the leftovers home. The restaurant was clean and the service was fast and friendly.

This was a great experience. There is a new owner. I used to go to Frankie's a long time ago and it was so great, but then they sold it and it really went downhill. Now there is a new owner and the food tastes like it did before and the there are a lot of new tasty items on the menu. The coolest thing is, they have a website with the menu, pricing, coupons, etc. so I just can look up on my computer what I want to get and call it in. They deliver all the food on the menu!
