This place is great! I was on the north end of town and noticed it was there. It's a pretty small place, not very noticable because of it's simplicity... you certainly cannon judge a book by the cover. Got into the place and ordered the orange chicken. It was the best thing I have ever put in my mouth and now I dream about it all day. I've been back since then many times and usually get something differnt every time. I'm always impressed. EAT THERE! =)

The China Inn is all about excellent food. The decor is strictly run-down strip mall. The steamed rice is very good, unlike the low grade rice at nearly every other "Chinese" restaurant here. I work with Chinese graduate students and many of them recommend the China Inn as their favorite in Lincoln.

I visited China Inn this evening with my children. Having driven past it many times, I've never been before. It's a small place but it was full of very happy, satisfied customers! We took the last available table and were promptly waited upon by a very polite and informative waitress. Although it was already 8 pm, people began to wait for tables. And once our food arrived, I found out why! The food was delicious! And the service was perfect.
Now, it doesn't have your normal Chinese resturant decor, it's actually got more of your diner feel to it. I really can't express how impressed I was by my visit to China Inn. Just go!
