After politely returning over cooked chicken back to the restaurant (China 1, Hwy 81), I was greeted with the cook and owner having the most horrific attitude, as though it was my fault that I had to bring my food back (another 10 miles out of my way). When customers order their food they expect to get what they pay for (fresh cooked and not over cooked food and surely no attitudes on the menu). I didn't expect or appreciate the smart remarks from the owner. I should have requested a refund, since I am afraid of what might have happened to my food in the kitchen. Out of the 3 years that my family have been eating at this restaurant, I have never experienced such hostility to a paying customer. We definitely won't ever spend our hard earned money at this restaurant again. As a business owner, please don't ever tell the customer that everyone loves our food and we have the best food in town "so why are you complaining". That is irrelevant to the fact that the dish was not eatable.
