Eureka Restaurant Guide

Chick-N-Elly's owner, Nick Leiber, brought Chick-N-Elly's to Eureka, Missouri in the winter of 2008, with a vision of creating a small hometown restaurant. Trained at The Culinary Institute of California, and studied fine dining in Hawaii, Nick infuses every dish he creates with extensive knowledge and passion for perfection. Nick knew that greater challenges and opportunities awaited him in his hometown. He decided to name his restaurant after his famous recipe for fried chicken and his dear little niece Ellie Leiber. At this point, Chick-N-Elly's became a landmark for Eureka. Visit for our homemade breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We are currently catering for our hometown St. Louis Cardinals after their games.
