The restaurant use to be known for great service however the steady flow of business has caused them to forget about the basics of customer service. The longtime employees are pleasant and well informed. However the newer employees obviously show favorites. I hate it when someone walks up speaking Spanish and they receive quick friendly service and someone one speaking English is brusquely over looked. I was a customer of the Maine street location for years. I feel like if I am spending any dollar amount I should be treated with common courtesy. As a result I will not be spending anymore money with them.
