My most recent visits to the Burger King on Agusta Hwy, were absolutely terrific! I usually go to the front counter because it is believed that food travels faster there than drive-thru. But every time I use the bathroom, I step into a 5-Star clean and fresh facility. The service is fast, warm, and they made me feel as if I weren't just another customer, I truely felt like a friend. The staff aknowledged me with excitment in their voices and there is this one particular employee, Dontrell. That kid always has a smile on his face and a laugh so quick, that it could make a holey umbrella look desirable on a rainy day. Overall, these employees deserve a pat on the back as well as acknowledgement about their quality service from Bob Brandi himself. I wouldn't be surprised if they didn't recieve any personal visits of encouragement from any of the higher powers of the resturaunt industry. They truely deserve more.

Not the first time that I've gone into the facility or drive thru that the service was horrible and the food less than average. I stood in line for 15 minutes (no one in line but me, mind you) and waited. There were 2 employees handling the drive thru orders and none working the counter orders. She finally acknowledged me and I got my food after another 10mins. But this is NOT unusual for the Lexington location. The customer services is ALWAYS less than desirable. I told my daughter that after today-no more fast food in Lexington for us. She can play at the park. As for playing-there should not be an entrance/exit door to the inside playground from outside. Did this occur to anyone??

Have eaten or done drive-through here several times. The food is never up to the usual Burger King quality. Today (10/26/07) on a drive through visit just before 5pm, did not get any dipping sauce for the onion rings (checked after I pulled out of line) and when I went into the store to ask for some, I could not get the young lady at the counter to acknowledge me even though I said "excuse me" loudly several times (I was standing just to the side of the line as I have a broken foot and did not want to walk all the way around through the line area). Someone in line finally hollered loudly that I needed service and she handed me some sauce. When I got home (less than 10 min drive) the burger tasted like it had been reheated and the bun was wet on top and soggy (top, not next to the fillings).

I will not go there again.
