The food is OVER priced and NOT worth it. If you want a REAL dinner go to Boston Fish House in Winter Park. The food there is tasty and fresh and ALWAYS yummy. The menu stated a scallop basket was 14.95, but the bill showed it as 17.95.. NOT worth it. The food was cold, the french fries were OLD, the 3 onion rings didn't make me feel better for having been ripped off from 14.95 to 17.95 for over-cooked, tasteless scallops...The place is a REAL JOKE!!!! Take the drive to Winter Park and eat REAL seafood at Boston Fish House on Aloma..... Do NOT waste your money at Boston Beef and Seafood..... I have given them "several" tries" and the food remains tasteless, over priced and garbage.... Last week was my LAST chance for them and I told them I was over it when they jumped up the price on the "tiny" meal by four dollars....no notice, no nothing..uh uh.. time for that place to close up...the food SUCKED and I was very unhappy. NO more...

Born and raised in Massachusetts, loving the Red Sox, and all good seafood. Moved to Florida almost 30 years ago and found Boston's a few years ago ---- it's like being home again and the food is fantastic! The haddock I used to remember back home is even better here. I'm in love with the fried clams, scallops and oysters. You can't go wrong. The service was fantasic, folksy and attentive. You are made to feel comfortable and welcome and get a great meal for your dollars.

I went to Florida to watch the Endeavor lift off and took myself to the beach. Oh, my gosh! What a wonderful place to eat with the most awesome tasting seafood I have ever eaten! I have truely been spoiled! I had never eaten belly clams until this restaurant introduced me to them. I wish I could afford a trip to the Cape often, but I'll (sadly) only be able to eat food from this remarkable restaurant in my dreams. Thank you for a tremendous experience!

Being from Massachusetts, we know seafood. And this place rocks!!!! We have been there 9-10 times and each time was delicious!!! Numerous times,we've had the combo platter (it is almost too big for 2 people). They have the best fried shrimp, scallops, haddock, big belly clams I've ever had. The roast beef sandwich is to die for. Talk about fork tender. And everyone is very, very pleasant. Boston's is offically our home away from home.It's great being able to get real seafood at a very modest price.
My family was on vacation (Cruise) and my son became very sick so we had to go to the Cape Canaveral Hospital. On our way back we were all hungry so decided to stop off here. All I can say is we all loved it, the service was great and they were so good with our kids. The owner came out to check on everyone and he was very pleasant. The food was really good, my wife and I shared one of their biggest dishes that included a little of everything on the menu, no complaints at all; everything was fresh.

great place to eat, always fresh, and friendly atmosphere. The new place is very nice and clean, the only thing is that the womens bathroom needs to be clean more ofter. We recommended highly the food is absolutly great.
I eat there once a week, food's always fresh and plenty for the price! I've been buying the retail fish and it's better than grocery stores. Can't wait for them to open the new restaurant!

Best SeaFood in all of Florida!!!!! I have been here 20 years and nothing can compare to their restraunt. I love the staff...the guy that owns it makes it not only his home but my home when we are there. He also has his " team wife" there with him and she is great. Its not really his wife but they work together so much they joke about it! The point is if you want Great Seafood "The best Florida has to offer" and great new people to meet head over to cocoa!!! The only thing you will regret is not trying it!

Up until a year ago I lived near BB&SF and it is fabulous! I have moved further south and get cravings that cannot be satidfied anywhere else. Worth a trip from anywhere!! Seafood & beef are excellent and as I am from New England originally, the tastes bring back a bit of home.
Huge portions, great belly clams, luscious scallops rarest of roast beef piled high and all cooked by a man who knows how!!

My only issue with this dive is that it is not nearer to us, but being 40 miles away is a good thing too cuz we'd be as big as barns were it closer. Best New England/Boston seafood joint on the east coast of FL, including Legal Seafood way down in Boca & Palm Beach. This place may be an old gas station, but it reminds me of the small seafood joints on the Northshore of MA.

I have read some of the other reviews and agree with them all..except one....ALL the seafood at Boston Beef is fresh. My son works there and they make three trips a week to the airport to pick the lobsters, clams, some shrimp and fish up FRESH from Ipswich (where the owner's brother owns a seafood market)! When they say "fresh direct from Boston", that is exactly what you get! We eat up there two or three times a month (and with a 3 year old)! We love it.

We are originally from New England so this place felt like home to us! Very friendly and efficient waitstaff. The food was great, I had the clam chowder and it was perfect. We will be back soon.

It's in a converted gas station so it looks like a dump from the outside. However the lobster rolls (Fridays only, unfortunately) are OUTSTANDING. They are always tasty, well prepared and served on New England style rolls. This is a regular meal for our family.

Boston Beef and Seafood has got to be the best place to eat in Brevard County. We find ourselves there several times a month and can never decide what to order, but usually it’s clams, jumbo shrimp or sea scallops, as they are all over the top delicious. The Staff are all very friendly and always make sure that you are happy with your meal. We highly recommend Boston Beef and Seafood, it’s our favorite place to eat!

I am from NE and miss the fried whole clams and steamers. When I am there eating the great food surronded by the Red Sox pictures I feel as if I am back home and that is a very comforting feeling to me. Thanks

I really enjoyed all of the fresh seafood it was excellent i would recomend it to all visiting the Beach. Everyone was really friendly. We drive from orlando atleast 3x a month

The food is very good but the hours seem to be at-will. I have traveled from Port St. John twice only to find them closed before their stated time. I even called once to make sure they were open. I won't make the trek again, with the price of gas, it just isn't worth it.

Hands down, the BEST cheeseburgers in Cape Canaveral. My wife tried the fried flounder and it was absolutely delicious. I recommend it to all.

I'm from Boston and just accepted the fact that I'll never eat a real Roast Beef Sandwich again... That is, until I found Boston Beef and Seafood. This place is excellent! The best food locally, hands down. Also, the place is decked out with Red Sox pictures, posters and souvenirs... It's my home away from home

I did not like it at all. My clams were undercooked and my wife's were overdone. The waitress at the counter was exeptionally rude and we found ants crawling on our tables. then come to findout all the lobster and flounder and shrimp are frozen not fresh.

It's great for the Fried food and the Roast Beef, (even though I don't usually like roast beef sandwiches) ..... well, I'd give 4 stars also!!
Everyone is Extremely friendly and we've made it our FAVORITE place to eat! Not to mention, they always let me leave with a full iced tea (fresh brewed, of course!)
I really cannot find a single BAD thing to say about this little place!
I just hope they keep it up!!!

Excellent lobster rolls, clams and scallops. My husband was born in New England and several of our neighbors are from there. We all look forward to having our seafood fix every month. Friendly, clean atmosphere.

The food is excellent. It is fresh and the portions are generous. I had the chicken sandwich platter with fries & onion rings. My husband had the haddock platter. All very very good.
