The food at Bijan's is consistently excellent. The staff is knowledgeable and attentive without being bothersome. The price is steep, but the value is there. Excellent wine selection. Intimate feel to the place.
You must try the escargot with galic, mushrooms and bacon bread bowl appetizer. The steaks and sesafood dishes are always great and incorporate unusual and surprising flavors.
This is by far the best food in Springfield and competes well with fine food around the world.

The food is very good and portion sizes are decent. The chef's range from OK to pretty good, but it's the luck of the draw. The good thing is that the flavor is fairly consistant no matter which chef you get.

Husband & I went for Valentines day, even though they were packed we sat immediately, service was excellent and loved the quality & presentation of food as well as the mood given by the ambience. Would go there many more times.

I was blown away when I got there to find out it was more than just pizza and pasta. There was a full salad bar with tons of options and it was incredibly fresh, no pun intended. Then there was a taco bar, potato bar, hot dogs and even a Chinese chic

I have found that the food doesn't have alot of flavor for some reason. The service could be better and the prices are a bit high compared to other places that are better.
