This is a trendy Thai restaurant in the heart of downtown Charleston. My favorite dish here is their Tom Kha Gai soup. It is a coconut milk based soup with tender slices chicken breast. Adding to the flavor are the mint leaves, lemon grass and galanga roots. Additional accents are added such as cilatro and scallions. One thing I think can make this soup out of this world is if they use a meatier mushroom like a shiitake mushrooms or the like. They current use button mushrooms which to me seems to cheapen the dish. The other dishes like the "Basil" dish, which you can have them stir fry it with chicken, beef, or shrimp, are also very good! This is a must visit restaurant each time I come into town.
