Andele is a little, non-pretentious, restaurant in Old Mesilla. It has a fairly extensive menu of New Mexican and Mexican dishes. The quality of the food is continually excellent. They do serve pasole and on weekends menudo. Tortas, carne adovada, and tacos al carbon are excellent...as is everything else. Place is small and gets crowded. Service is good, but not exceptional. Ambiance rather mediocre. You go for the food!! As a Mexican restaurant Andele clearly belongs in the top four or five in Las Cruces....some consider it the best. I think it is right up there. Can't miss food!
