Chef Claude, a native of Normandy, France, has cooked in some of the most prestigious kitchens in the world, including Maxim's in Paris, the Connaught in London, and Ernie's in San Francisco. While Claude creates his culinary magic in the kitchen, Uli orchestrates the dining room and welcomes guests.
The Bistro's philosophy is simple: offer exquisite dishes at affordable prices. All the dishes are made from scratch using only the best ingredients. Even the bread is made to order.
