We went as a group from Kalkaska and ate on Thursday September 27, 2007. The food was warm at best. The steak was tender and tasty, and the potato was the only thing hot. The bread was delicious. We did have a lot of trouble getting steak sauce for our group. This was more disturbing when we went into the auditorium and there were two bottles on each table in the small four tops dining tables. Our waitresses were trying very hard to get the food to the group. I think there were three busses of us at the time. But because they were so busy just getting the food to the table they were unable to give us the special services that are needed to make a dinner memorable.

Excellant Place to eat....food is always good, as is the service. It is a fun place with the wait staff singing during your dining. I rated it as 1 star because today they refused to seat me because I was alone....the hostess said they were too busy ...

I did call back and ask what they put in their cheese ...

The lobster has freezer burn, and the tail was tougher than chewing on leather. My whole family was sick the next day. We couldn't enjoy our last day at Branson.
