 On June the 6th we had a 50th year anniversary dinner at the Kanwaha City location in Charleston, WV around 7pm. There were a total of 9 adults and 4 children. To begin the night it was approx. 90 plus degrees in the restaurant, at 7:45 we had just placed non-acholic drink order. Server never came back with the drinks until approx 8:30 pm. We finally got to place our orders when the drinks were served and it approx was another hour before we recieved our food. Out of 14 people 12 people ordered off the menu and 2 childeren under the age of 2 ordered just fries only and we never recieved those either. When the servers brought out the anniverary cake it was melting and no it was not an ice cream cake. I could go on and on but what it all boils down too is the we reserved the table at 7 pm and 3 hours later we were leaving the reastaurant unsatisfied.

 Our last visit was VERY POOR they messed our order up then charged for the wrong order plus the other then trying to fix the situation she got all of us confused and gave the other couple that was with us the discount I am very unhappy with the whole situation that to me was poor service ....
